Meet our Lesson Horses:

Aztec - is a big "tubby" as lots call him.  He is a draft cross, very personable and many say is like riding a big couch!

Penny - is a registered Quarter Horse mare.  She is a very pretty girl who loves  to teach the students how to stop, steer and move.  She is also very good at teaching how to canter!  Penny does not jump.  She is a great Western horse, too!

Lillie - has transformed from a crazy Thoroughbred to a very dependable lesson horse.  She is great at teaching jumping cross-rails.  She also is L & B's best trail horse.

Mona -is a very popular pinto pony.  She is a very quick girl, who is gaited.  Her unique way of moving and willingness to jump makes her a favorite!

Rosie - is an appaloosa draft cross who is by far the most stubborn horse on the planet!  However, she is also very smooth to ride and is one of the best jumpers at L & B.

Chance - is Lisa's favorite lesson horse.  He loves his "personal space" but is also the best at teaching.  He is very dependable and loves to go paper chasing and trail riding.

Spirit - is a pinto pony for intermediate riders.  She can be very opinionated, or very sweet.  She is a great jumper for her size!

Spike - is a registered quarter horse gelding.  He is very naughty sometimes...but also very a dependable pleasure horse.  He loves the trail, can jump very well and is very friendly!

Amber - is not actually L & B's but a boarder's horse.  She is a very round pony, who also has a fan club.  She will willingly walk and trot, and with some encouragement she will canter and jump cross rails.  She really enjoys the trail, too!  She loves lead line, like for pony rides and birthday parties.
